The CE2 Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier At A Glance
The CE2, 50 gallon per day under the counter reverse osmosis water treatment system, removes thousands of contaminants while improving your water's taste and appearance. The five stage CE2 system has a pre-filter, a granulated activated carbon filter (GAC), a sediment filter, a reverse osmosis membrane, and a post carbon filter. Together, these components work in unison to provide you with fresh, tasty, clean drinking water available from a dedicated tap mounted on your countertop.

Five proven water filtration technologies catapult the under the counter, fifty gallon per day CE2 reverse osmosis water filter to the top in its class! First, incoming water is pre-filtered to remove larger particles such as sand, dirt, silt, scale and rust . Next, the incoming water passes through a granulated activated carbon (GAC) filter which has the capability of removing thousands of chemicals, including many linked to cancer. Next comes the sediment filter, where small particles not captured by the pre-filter including sand, dirt, silt, scale and rust particles, are removed. This action also helps extend and protect the life of the reverse osmosis membrane, enhancing its effectiveness. The water then travels through the sensitive reverse osmosis membrane where a wide variety of pollutants such as harmful chemicals, micro-organisms, heavy metals, and other particles are trapped and removed. Finally, the water receives a final treatment through a post carbon filter, providing still another level of protection against chemicals, metals, bad odors and bad taste.

The pre-filter, granulated activated carbon filter, sediment filter, and post carbon filter should all be replaced every 3 -6 months depending on usage and incoming water quality. The reverse osmosis membrane should be replaced every 2 -3 years, once again depending on usage and incoming water quality.

The CE2 produces up to 50 gallons/day of delicious, pure water. The holding tank holds 3.2 gallons and the TDS rejection rate is 95% - 98%. The unit uses 3 gallons of incoming water to produce 1 gallon of clean, pure, tasty output water and measures 15.4" wide, 8.3" deep, and 17" high. The CE2 weights 18.7 pounds.

|
The CE2 has a 30 day no questions asked return policy and a 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

As editor of this research paper, I have to admit I have owned a CE2 for over two years (and counting). I am EXTREMLY satisfied with its invisibilty (under the sink), the fantastic taste of its output water, and its ease and low cost of maintenance. I personally recommend this unit to anyone who uses 50 gallons or less of drinking and cooking water.
